5. How we use WhatsApp and direct communication channels

If CEPTI provides a WhatsApp number or other direct communication channel, such channel is intended for quick contact, preliminary questions and initial orientation.

For official requests, accreditation files, institutional correspondence, formal documents or privacy-related requests, CEPTI may ask you to use the official email address.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data through WhatsApp or informal communication channels unless specifically requested and necessary.


6. Who may have access to your personal data

Your personal data may be accessed only by persons or entities that need such access for legitimate CEPTI purposes, including:

  • authorised members of CEPTI leadership or administration;
  • persons responsible for membership, accreditation, education, communication, integrity or financial administration;

CEPTI does not sell your personal data.
